IQ (Installation Qualification)
An IQ covers all procedures relating to the installation of the equipment in the selected environment. It is a documented verification that all key aspects of software and hardware installation adhere to appropriate procedures and the approved design intentions of the manufacturer. The execution of an Installation Qualification by Labstuff Ltd establishes that the equipment is received as designed and specified. It also helps establish that the equipment is properly installed in the selected environment and that this environment is suitable for the operation and use of the equipment.
OQ (Operational Qualification)
OQ is the process of demonstrating how equipment will function, according to its operational specification in the selected environment. An Operation Qualification (OQ) is to be performed after the successful completion of the equipment or system's Installation Qualification (IQ). The OQ documents the operational tests, measurements, and control tolerances of key parameters that are critical for the proper operation of the equipment. This activity includes monitoring and evaluating operational data obtained from the equipment's indicators, gauges, and sensors.
Service Centre
Bringing an Engineer on site may not always be practical for breakdowns on small pieces of equipment. We have a Service Centre for Equipment Repairs which makes getting equipment repaired so much easier.
